On Thursday, December 14th 2023. the regular annual assembly of the Association of Italian Industrialists in the Republic of Serbia – Confindustria Srbija was held in the Hotel Metropol in Belgrade. The Assembly was attended by a large number of dignitaries, representatives of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, the Embassy of Italy, members and associates of this association.
The central event of the assembly was the election of the management body of the association, on which occasion Eduardo Bombieri (deputy chairman of the Executive Board of Intesa banka) was elected to the position of vice president of the association, while Aleksandra Cvetkovic (Palladio East doo), Francesco Masci (DDOR Novi Sad) were elected as members of the General Council a.d.o.), Giovanni Antonioli (Benetton knitting Serbia d.o.o.), Simone Leonardo Apolloni (Systema group), Boško Petrovic (Generali osiguranje), Gordana Glišic Morganti (Engineering Software Lab d.o.o.), Marco La Peruta (Istrabenz Plini d.o.o.).
In addition to these functions, the members of the Board of Auditors and the Board of Arbitrators of the association were elected, to which positions Danijela Krtinic (BDO d.o.o.), Nebojša Nikolic (Deloitte advisory doo) and Michele Rossini (CRS International doo) were elected for the Board of Auditors, and for the Board of Arbitrators Darija Ognjenovic (Law office Prica&Partners), Dragan Tomic (DJT Law), Dubravka Kosic (Law office K&F advocati), Suncica Nikolic (Law office Nikolic & Stankovic), Vladimir Mihaj (Law office Mihaj law), Vlatko Sekulovic (Law office Sekulovic).
