NewsENDOWMENTS: Legal framework and difficulties in practice

On February 22^nd, 2023, the partner in the law office K&F Advokati PhD Dubravka Kosić, was a guest on K1 television in the „Mi danas“ show. Mrs. Dubravka Kosić was welcomed by the author and presenter of this show, Mrs. Ivon Jafali, and the topic discussed in the show was the legal framework for the establishment and functioning of endowments in the Republic of Serbia. In addition, the topic was also the legal possibilities for making gifts to public authorities with the imposition of the obligation of the manner of use of the received gift, as well as possible obstacles that citizens and the economy may face in practice.
