K&F Advokati attended the ceremonial opening of the ENEF II fund worth 71 million euros intended for companies with potential for growth. The fund was created by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Union, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and Development Bank KfW in order to finance and provide technical assistance to domestic companies and foreign investors in the Western Balkans.
The fund offers leading small and medium-sized enterprises in the Western Balkans a range of financial instruments, from minority investment in equity and recapitalization, through hybrid instruments of debt and equity, to classic lending, and aims to finance between 15 and 20 companies, with individual placements in the range from 0.5 million euros to eight million euros.
